About the Artist
Julie Skoda, IAPS-MC, CPP, CMPS, GLPS
Julie Skoda is an award-winning pastel artist exhibiting her work along with teaching online and in-person classes and workshops. Her expressive paintings exhibit rich color and sensitive light. Julie is an IAPS Master Circle artist, a signature member of the Chicago Pastel Painters, Central Mass Pastel Society and the Great Lakes Pastel Society, an associate member of the Pastel Society of America, American Impressionist Society Associate, American Women Artists Associate with Distinction, Associate Artist with Unison Colour Handmade Pastels and past president of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America (TWSA). She teaches pastel painting classes throughout the year online and classes/workshops throughout the U.S.
